Service scope
UP TRAINING provides vocal and rap training lessons as agreed at the time of booking. The specific instructor, session format, and schedule will be confirmed upon booking.
Intellectual property
All lesson materials, exercises, curriculum content, and recordings produced or provided during sessions are the intellectual property of UP MUSIC. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or publish this content without prior written consent.
Student conduct
Students are expected to attend sessions punctually and prepared. Repeated unprofessional conduct may result in termination of services without refund.
Assignment and transfer
Students agree not to record, share, or publicly post any lesson content, instructor feedback, or session materials on social media or any other platform without UP MUSIC's prior written consent.
Confidentiality

Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
Amendments
UP MUSIC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
